My name is Kaname Nakanishi. I am a student of Osaka Daigaku (University) Japan. I came to Varanasi to learn Hindi. I found the best Institute for me, Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute. I am very happy with my experience at the Institute. Dr. Mishra and family are very nice people. House is very beautiful and comfortable. Room with attached bathroom, very nice meals, very good Hindi lessons, many tours in the city and Important places in Varanasi. Thank you, Dr. Mishra and family, for everything.

The Home stay Program of Target Hindi Institute is really amazing. I had a wonderful time with Dr. Mishra’s family. Very beautiful house with all the facilities to have a wonderful experience of an Indian family in Varanasi. Very close to the Buddhist holy historical sites. This is my second visit to Varanasi. Dr. Mishra’s house is exceptionally clean and well organized. Hindi learning was very easy and full of fun. I was there for a week but learnt a lot about Indian culture and language. Best of luck to the Institute for a bright future.

I am Shinji Ishimine from Japan. I want to thank Dr. Mishra's family for giving me such a wonderful experience of Indian culture and Hindi language. I was with the family for 3 weeks to learn Hindi. Exceptionally beautiful house, Very good vegetarian food, very satisfying hospitality and good way to learn Hindi and Indian culture. Lots of fun time with family, especially with the children. I learnt a lot from the children and the staff at home. Staff can’t speak English, perfect place to practice my Hindi.

I am really thankful to Dr. Mishra and family for hosting me in their beautiful home. I am really impressed with the teaching technique and cultural experiences. The yoga teacher and classes arranged by Dr. Mishra were truly amazing, teaching me several new yoga styles. I am a student at Heidelberg University, Germany. I looked for a short-term Hindi course in India. I found Target Hindi Institute in Varanasi. I was very much interested in their Homestay program. I came to Varanasi for a 2-week short term Hindi course but stayed with the host family for a month. The Institute's Hindi courses are very interesting for any foreigner visiting India for the Hindi language and cultural experience. The host family is well educated, and I had really very good time with them. I learned a lot about the Hindi language, Indian culture and lifestyle. Very beautiful house, Comfortable private room inside the family house. A foreigner hardly gets the chance to stay with a family as one more family member. I was warmly welcomed in the family. Many friendly staff at the house. Amazing experience talking with them in Hindi only. Perfect atmosphere to improve Hindi Language. I learnt Indian cooking along with the Hindi language course. Thanks a lot, to Dr. Mishra and family for giving me such a wonderful experience.

My visit to Varanasi was excellent due to the quality of the Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute's Hindi program. I learned a lot about Indian culture and traditions alongside the Hindi language. Dr. Mishra has a lovely modern house with a beautiful garden and swing! I had lots of fun practicing my basic Hindi with the children and staff. The vegetarian food was delicious and hygienic. The Institute is well situated: close to downtown and right next to Sarnath, a world famous Buddhist site. I really enjoyed the morning walk in the neighbourhood, so close to a rural area and to the busy city center. I would love to come back once again!

I am Japanese and came to Varanasi to learn Hindi. Dr. Mishra's excellent learning program was so good that after only one month, I could communicate with local people. Beautiful house with all the facilities. Food was often spicy for me but still very tasty. Very helpful staff and quiet place. I will recommend the Institute to all my friends for a full experience of India's incredible culture and traditions.

The Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute is one of the best Institutes in India for learning Hindi and cultural experience. Varanasi is known as the cultural capital of India. I had an amazing experience of Indian culture and modernity in the family of Dr. Mishra. I enjoyed the personalized Hindi lessons, cultural excursions, typical India food and private time with the host family. Beautiful house with garden and large open rooftop terrace for Yoga and other activities. The Institute is on the outer circle of the city but easily accessible. Transportation is easily found.

My name is Koto Ichikawa. I am from Japan. I stayed with the family of Dr. Anubhav Mishra in Varanasi, the Director of Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute. The Institute is very good for learning Hindi. Very beautiful house, very comfortable rooms, excellent Indian and western food, many places to see around the institute. Dr. Mishra has a very nice and helping family. I learnt cooking for Mrs. Swati Mishra. She is a wonderful cook. The staff of Dr. Mishra helped me a lot to visit many places in Varanasi. I felt very safe in the house of Dr. Mishra.

I study at Boston University's Asian Language Program; I am doing a diploma course at the university. I wanted to improve my knowledge of Hindi language and especially spoken Hindi skill. I have a keen interest in Indian culture and traditions. I was looking for a place in India to study Hindi and immerse myself into Indian culture and traditions through staying with an Indian Family. I found Target Hindi Language Institute very interesting. I contacted Dr. Mishra briefly and joined the course. I was warmly welcomed in the family. It was more than easy to reach the Institute. The most interesting for me was the practical private Hindi classes focusing on verbal communication and understanding. Very interesting family with 2 kids. Very talkative children so it was a wonderful opportunity to practice my Hindi with them and many staff members. In their website they write “Home away from Home” I felt the same. Lots of personal involvement of family with their guests. Wonderful food habits with vegetarian healthy food. Personal assistance for planning my guided tours within the old city and other parts of extended Varanasi. They also arranged a personal Yoga teacher for me as I was also interested in Yoga. Dr. Mishra has a beautiful home and very comfortable rooms for the guest along with all the amenities. I had an excellent and rare opportunity to fully immerse myself in Indian culture, traditions and language, tradition and language.

I am British national and I have lots of Indian friends in my country. I was always more interested in Indian culture and traditions than Hindi language. I always looked for an opportunity to live with an Indian family in India. I found Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute’s program very interesting without Hindi classes. I contacted Dr. Anubhav Mishra for the details and joined them without Hindi classes for 2 weeks. I am so lucky to have found this place. The host family has a beautiful house with a beautiful garden area, large open rooftop terrace for many different activities. The house is very close to the Varuna river; such a peaceful, clean and calm place, not far from the main city. Sarnath, a very important Buddhist pilgrimage site that is just a few kilometers, away. I experienced incredible cultural outings: Ganges boat ride with horse and camel rides, visiting many beautiful temples, visiting NGO’s run by the Director of the Institute, visit to a rural village and government primary school etc. lived overnight in their beautiful farmhouse in a very rural area 35 kilometers from Varanasi city. I also learnt cooking and Henna application from Mrs. Swati, wife of the Director. I lived in Dr. Mishra's home like a family member. I have wonderful memories of my entire trip. Thanks to Dr. Mishra and family.

I strongly recommend Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute for learning Hindi and for having exciting cultural experiences in age-old Varanasi. I had a wonderful mix of Indian culture and modernity in the family of Dr. Mishra. I enjoyed the personalized Hindi lessons, cultural excursions, typical India food and private time with the host family. The daily class schedule was flexible because all Hindi classes are private and held in Dr. Mishra's home. Modern house with a large open rooftop terrace for different activities. Well maintained garden with Gym facilities. The Institute is situated in a very peaceful colony in Varanasi's outer suburb. The host family organized many unique religious and cultural tours of me. The most impressive and unique part for me was to spend time with the family for practicing Hindi and getting practical knowledge of their culture and traditions.

I am a Japanese citizen. I stayed in Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute with the family of Dr. Anubhav Mishra. The Institute is very good for learning about Indian culture and the Hindi language. Beautiful house with all the facilities, tasty vegetarian meals with a wide variety of fresh fruits, home grown vegetables. Many places to see around the institute. The family is very welcoming and helpful. I learnt Henna for Mrs. Swati Mishra. She is a wonderful cook. I enjoyed shopping for typical saris, arts and crafts in the neighborhood of the Institute. I am very happy with my stay at the Institute.

I am really thankful to the host family of Target Hindi Cultural Language Institute for providing me with such a wonderful experience of India and Indian culture. I am really pleased with the teaching technique and cultural experiences. Modern home and garden, very friendly staff, very good cook, home with own cow, daily fresh milk, yogurt, paneer, fresh home grown vegetables, fresh fruits as well spices and herbs, very mobile area, conveniently located 10 minutes from Sarnath and 20 minutes from old historical Varanasi, extremely interesting and well organized cultural excursions. I will be happy to be with you again.

The language classes of the Target Hindi Institute were not that interesting for me. It was an ok experience with Hindi but the hospitality of Dr. Mishra's family more than made up for it!. Food was good but very spicy, Very talkative staff, clean beautiful house with garden, Visited their impressive NGO that is doing lots of good work. Many cultural activities and interesting conversations with the family about Indian traditions and customs.

I had the good fortune to spend about 10 days with Anubhav, Swati and their two boys, Namit & Puru. I would recommend a homestay with them, without any reservation. Their home is very comfortable and secure; and they are ideally located near both Varanasi and Sarnath, for those people that want to visit sites that are important to both Hindus and Buddhists. Anubhav and Swati are modern and progressive but have a deep understanding of Hinduism. Being part of the household means daily learning about different Hindu traditions. I love good food, and Swati is a wonderful hostess, offering delicious and healthy vegetarian cuisine. The family has lived in Varanasi for their whole lives and are superb guides to the city. Varanasi, like many places in India, is sometimes a challenge for the traveler. Staying with Anubhav and Swati is a delightful way to learn and stretch oneself, while being supported by their knowledge, warmth and comfortable home.
