Main Features of our Teaching Technique
The traditional focus of language learning is the teacher but our teaching technique shifts the attention on the learner.
The traditional Grammar-Translation method is replaced by focusing on the overall sense of the language rather than its grammar.
Language is a spoken phenomenon and we consequently first teach spoken Hindi, followed later by writing and reading.
Our technique develops the creativity of the learner, so that even with limited forms and vocabulary, one can express oneself.
Ours is a block building method, similar to what children do naturally when learning a language.
Purposeful learning: every learner is asked a set of questions before starting the course. A target is set and vocabulary and conversation topics are chosen accordingly.
Targeted teaching: Our teaching targets a specific area of interest, i.e. tourism, journalism, diplomacy or business and then adapts the practical instruction.
Upon your arrival, we will jointly identify your Hindi learning targets. Thereafter, all instruction and visits will focus on your personal areas of interest, highlighting related language and cultural uses, idioms and formulas.

Hindi, the fourth most widely spoken language in the world, is present across the Indian sub-continent including in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Singapore. Hindi is the official language of several Indian states and it is the mother tongue to 60% of India’s population. The importance of Hindi within India’s myriads of official languages is confirmed by the Central Government’s two-language policy with staff working in English and Hindi both, even in Non-Hindi States. Hindi is India’s lingua franca; to know India, Hindi is almost a must!
